Intervention Strategies provides professional case management services for clients requiring individualized care and for families who need help in handling an addicted family member.

These services are offered to clients in pre-treatment, post treatment, at half-way houses in the community for alcoholism, drug abuse and other addictions. Case management encourages a sense of autonomy and independence. It also assists and educates the addicted person, enabling them to better meet the demands and challenges of daily living. In addition, Case Management empowers the family of the addicted person to better conduct their own personal lives.

Our case management services have been contracted to include monitoring services, acting as payee for a client’s disability payment, liaison with courts, probation offices, families, identification of and referral to community services, legal proceedings and for travel supervision.
